Well coordinated, communication is impecable and so the level or work and kindness. It is located in a safe area, feel very comfortable dropping the car there and picking it up in roughly 2 hours. VW have a feature of a sensor that have to be calibrated and they did it right. Great experience and a small team to deal with, what makes the process clear and simple, I got nothing but compliments for them, RECOMMENDED 100%!

I had a great experience with Virginia glass. I called ahead of time because this was an insurance claim. Took my information, told me they would call me back within the hour to verify the insurance claim. Which they did. We selected a day for the appointment and they told me it would take about two hours because of some calibrations that need to be done (the sensing systems). When I dropped the vehicle off, I was greeted professionally and happily.
I was called within the two hour time line, walked in, they handed me my keys, said no cost to us due to the insurance claim. Very happy with the service I had with Virginia Glass.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped my vehicle off for windshield repair after being told by my insurance company it was free of charge. Made the appointment dropped of my vehicle and upon arriving to collect it the employee Steve comes out of the office laughing saying that “Hope you’re ready to pay the $500.” What $500? Are you joking he replied no really it’s $500. We were shocked this was never communicated before dropping off the vehicle of at any time. Steve held my vehicle hostage until we paid the $500. On top of everything else insurance would have covered OEM glass and this repair shop used after market glass despite my request for OEM and charged the same amount. We have filed BBB complaints as well as with the consumer agencies. Do yourself a favor and go with safelite who previously replaced my windshield with OEM glass for free.

Steve and Phil are extremely knowledgeable auto glass men. They do the job right the first time. They have decades of experience and make sure your windshield is installed correctly. My 2004 Pilot’s mounding was shot. Another place recommended flying it back. Steve recommended replacement of molding and glass. Glad I went with Virginia Glass. My old windshield basically fell out when they removed the duct tape. Hour later my car is back in action, no leaks no noise.Stick with the pros. Virginia Glass!Service: Auto windshield repair

No one likes to have to replace a broken windshield, but Virginia Glass makes it as easy as it could be! I called around to a few place - and they were the best to make an appointment with and went out of their way to fit me in at a time that worked for me. They were competent and efficient. Very friendly staff as well! Thumbs up!

If you need to repair/ replacement, you should read my review.My Volvo windshield got cracked in April 2022 so I took my vehicle and they replaced it. A month later, very tiny things hit my windshield and it was shattered really bad right away. I got replacement again.Today my daughter(10 year old) put her foot on the windshield(not hit), it shattered. I contacted them if they have any warranty, they said no and I understand but I think they use aftermarket product. Now I can feel the windshield is pretty thin and weak.I will need to get a replacement again but I won't go this place at this time.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Rock hit my windshield called Va Glass made an appt went there on a Friday afternoon they repaired the windshield in about 30 mins saved me the money & trouble of having to replace it and they are very reasonable in pricing!

I originally went to SafeLite when I got a crack in my windshield. I tried for over a month to get it fixed with no luck (for various reasons). I was getting ready for a road trip and needed to get the windshield fix within a couple of days. I picked my vehicle up from SafeLite and dropped it off at Virginia Glass. The next day my windshield was fixed! I am so glad I called them and if anyone asks me where to go for windshield replacement my answer will be VIRGINIA GLASS in Gainesville!!

VA Glass replaced the windshield on my 2014 BMW 335. Excellent all around. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second time using Virginia glass. Over the weekend my car was vandalized, and even though I could’ve been paired with Safelite or another company, I waited to talk to my insurance agent on Monday so that he could remind me of the glass company that he had referred to me years earlier. Luckily for me Virginia glass was able to come out to my home and fix my windshield within two days.These guys are great and always professional! I was told they would arrive in a window between eight and 12. At around 8:15 AM I got a call from the technician saying he was en route and will arrive to me by 835. He told me WORK would take about 45 minutes, and almost 45 minutes later he was finished.Really happy with the work and professionalism.If you feel like waiting forever for a technician to show up, would like to be aggravated by canceled appointments or subpar work, there are technicians out there in abundance for you. But if you want to bypass all of that, definitely reach out to Virginia glass!Services: Installation
