I have been visiting this plaza for couple of years, it has nice dining and shopping options. Recently it turned to be very unsafe for families and specially kids. People drive their cars fast, loud exhaust, no security, some days it become so busy and messy. I feel sad as this used to be a great outing location.

I take my kids here for the splash pad. They adore that area. We end up going to Nando's half the time because my daughter loves that place. Occasionally we visit the Boba Tea Place for a beverage, but we honestly use it for it's clean restrooms and close proximity. They need a gate or barrier for the portion close to the road. Kids run and play there and everyone seems to want to drive through with their cars and Rev the engine and drive fast of all places to do so. Also, check the cemetery in the rear of the shopping center closer to the theater. It's pretty cool.
