I recently bought a new smart phone and received very efficient and effective services. I had to come back a number of times due to my unfamiliarity with the new phone, and each time the situation was resolved quickly. Chad was very helpful and coordinated resolutions to my issues. I feel that this Verizon store location has outstanding customer service.

I originally made contact with Chad to help me but when I arrived he was busy with another customer. Craig greeted my Dad and I and took wonderful care of us. He was quick, efficient, and polite. He had lots of knowledge and did a wonderful job to accomplish what we needed as to the reason for visiting the store. Thanks Craig, great job.

Craig was amazing to work with.It's a great experience when some person you don't know at a retail store - a person who is likely quite underpaid, by the way - takes such good care of you that it feels like they are working for you.Craig was the consummate professional and acted as my advocate, not as a salesman. He went above and beyond any expectations and tried to save me money at every turn.I literally cannot say enough about this young man. He is an asset to his employer for sure.

So happy working with Mason. Upgraded one of the family's phones and all if our phone plans to save significantly on our monthly bill. He was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. We will come back to see him for all our phones in the future.

The service here is amazing, especially Chad, he was so helpful with my issues. However, there is a real "sun" issue. The sun shines in the main windows and makes it miserable for the staff and customers. Verizon should really try to do something to fix the sun issue, such as adding blinds or tinting the windows significantly to improve the customer experience and the working conditions of their outstanding employees who work at this location.

I came in to switch over from AT&T and Mason got started right away with how he could save me money before we even talked about pricing. He broke it all down so it was easy to follow and clear with what my monthly bill would look like. There were no hidden fees or anything that would surprise me on that first bill. Also, he helped me save a bunch on streaming services that I was already paying for (HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, ESPN, Apple TV, Apple Music, and Paramount + for only $40 compared to the $$$ I was paying individually). He also got me a fantastic deal for my trade in and for moving my number from At&T to Verizon. The whole process was so easy and he set it all up for me, including my phone screen, case, and everything. I could use my phone before I even walked out of the store. In all seriousness, I’ve never had such a pleasant experience buying phones. What was usually a headache became easy and money saving thanks Mason. He also called back a few days later to follow up about my service and check in to see if there was anything else I needed. Very happy with service. I highly recommend.

I had been going to Gainesville Verizon until when this rude woman waited on me and she was not helpfulAt all and acted like a problem answering my questions, so then I decided this is not the customer service experience I should expect after being a long time Verizon customer since back when it was Alltel. So I told her I would not like to continue

I recently upgraded to the new iphone, but was having an issue with all my messages transferring over to my new phone. I had recently lost my best friend in a very tragic and sudden way, and I was devastated to think I would lose many of my texts with her. I had many calls with apple support to try and remedy the situation. During this process… Josh, Corey, and Ben were all so accommodating and understanding. I explained to them what was going on, and they gave me the time I needed with the old phone to ensure everything transferred over before I completed the trade-in. The compassion and kindness they treated me with was comforting. I didn’t feel like just another number in their sales, I felt like a human being. Thank you!!
