Huge administrative improvement. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They set me set up with a virtual appointment in minutes. They explained the process thoroughly and offered to help if I had any difficulties.

Dr. Tang is great. No so big on chatting but nice and to the point. The rest of the staff is ok.
