I thought I had lost all my videos and pics that included my parents that have passed away. Chris at uBreakiFix was able to retrieve everything and I had my phone back the same day. I am so grateful for their services and outstanding customer service!

I’m a senior. I appreciate good IT support as technology gets more complicated. UBREAKIFIX support team has been great each time I have needed their help. You can just walk in, no appointment needed and enough staff to handle multiple clients. They always fix my iPhone issues quickly as I wait. Their prices are very reasonable. Another thing I truly appreciate is their patience and support by sharing their good knowledge of various IT, computer, internet, etc. related questions I have. Jacob helped me recently.
