“I took my husband's car here last Saturday late afternoon and they worked us in without a problem. We got a ride home and authorized the work by phone with a plan to p/u the car before closing, which I believed was 7 pm. We got there by 630 pm and to our surprise the lights were out =/!! My son and I walked around the bay and found the guy who had helped us, Edward, who was about to drive away in his own car to go home after a long day. Pleading and waving our arms, he saw us running towards him, and without hesitation, he ran back with us to re-open the store, open our ticket, and take our payment. Thank G-d for Edward and people like him for helping us out so selflessly. I hope he gets promoted if he's not the manager yet.
