I have been a customer of the Peterbilt Store in Gainesville, VA for over 18 months. I cannot say enough on how satisfied I am with every visit to their service department. The team under the leadership of the Service Manager, Jay, is absolutely phenomenal and he always goes above and beyond.

Friendly employees but no knowledge or training on products they sell.Never have what you need. Youtube your project is their best response . The Baltimore branch is the best.

Overall the mechanics seem knowledgeable and dedicated to providing good quality assessments and work.Still the quality of professionalism and fair pricing is in question.
