I have been to both Samantha and Britney. Both do an excellent job. Final results are always beautiful and long-lasting! The studio is very cute and comfortable.

I waited until I had over a year with Brittney doing my lashes every 3 weeks since Aug 2021 to write a review. For starters, I don't think that eyelash extensions are for everyone Pros with these extensions: I have been lusting after others long lashes and vowed I would get them but always chickened out (cost, time factor). However, my little asian eyes don't have a lot of natural lashes, so I knew that this is the ONLY way to get this look. I didn't want to do daily glue on extensions, and mascara/lash curling didn't really do anything. I can't believe how much these lashes changed my face -- I got so many compliments from friends who could see them even through video calls and pics online! The lashes changed the look of my face so much - I look younger, and it really makes me look like I lost 10 pounds...so awesome! Also I used to do daily eyeliner and mascara on my eyes which really irritated my eyes with my contacts. Now, NOTHING!! Even when I have no makeup on, I still look great - and once I get my eyebrows micro bladed, I won't really have to wear hardly any makeup! You can get classic, volume (where they add multiple lanes per one natural lash), or a combo of both of them. I get the mix, as the classic fall out and don't last. I can get 3 weeks wear and get them refilled. Cons with extensions: Lots of upkeep and maintenance. Not for the faint hearted. You can't wash your face under the shower (you have to cup your eyes if you are facing the shower head.) You have to be careful of hot saunas and hot tubs. You can't sleep on your face or rub your eyelashes or eyes. You have to rinse or wash them and brush them daily (buy Stacy's lash wash on Amazon.) You often worry about them falling out....and you have to take the time and money every 2 - 3 weeks to get them refilled. So, you have to do your own decision as to getting your eyelashes. For me, I drive out from Great Falls to this place every 3 weeks because the service and price is worth it. Service (5/5): Brittney and Samantha both work here. I have had Brittney every time. She is so gentle that I always fall asleep when she does my refills (they last about 45 mins.). Value (5/5): I have read multiple reviews on Yelp for other eyelash services and this place definitely has great prices. Cleanliness (2/5): My only recommendation for the business is to put clean sheets (changed every time) on the beds and pillows that you lie on...The beds are super comfy but sometimes look a bit dirty. I am considering bringing my own towel to put on the pillow. Pro Tip: I bring my own wrap and slippers so I can relax while Brittney is doing my refills (about 45 min). I usually put on my audio book and fall asleep, it's so relaxing. If you wear contacts, remember to take them out beforehand (there's a bathroom next door) and put on your glasses.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Samantha for years now and she is, hands-down, the best in the area and extremely talented. I always get compliments on my lashes but she also does such a great job at keeping them natural looking at the same time. Shes an extremely hard worker and always gives 110% to her clients. Edit: Changed to two stars as the owner contacted me directly via text to offer a refund and to fix the service. I opted to keep my appointment with a different salon. My advice, if you get your lashes done here, only see the owner (Samantha). It seems from other reviews that people have had good experiences with her. My lashes were done by another employee at Simply Beauty.My experience with the refill service from this other employee (not the owner): My refill was rushed, and turned out sparse. Glue showed after only 2 days and some lashes were applied too close to lid and ended up being painful. Multiple lashes were applied to single natural lashes, when I specified I wanted 1:1/classics. Several of my lashes were glued together. I had to get them professionally removed.Service: Eyelash extensions

I wasn't pleased with my first set of lashes from Simply Beauty. They looked more like stick on lashes than lash extensions and the glue was very visible and clumpy. She glued clumps of eyelashes together to one of my eye lashes and they looked like I bought them on Amazon. When I tried to remove the glue chunks, huge chunks of fake eyelashes came off. My lashes were also applied in less than an hour which I'm told is a sign of a rushed job. I'll be trying a new place next.

I came to Simply Beauty prior to a 3 week vacation over seas. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of make up or mascara. I was shocked at how well they stayed on during my entire trip and how well they looked. I would definitely recommend for anyone to try!Service: Eyelash extensions

This place completely ruined my natural lashes. I went here for a year and regret it so much. Michaela was extremely unprofessional. She was always late and would be on her phone WHILE doing my lashes. Her hands would go from her dirty phone back to my lashes. I found a new place and they were shocked at how terribly the lashes were applied and how ruined my real lashes were. DO NOT GO HERE BE CAREFUL!
