“This is the second time I've been to this White House Black Market clothing store located in Gainesville, Virginia. This experience was much better than the last, and I received excellent service.Last time, I received service from an older lady who acted very begrudgingly to help me and had a poor attitude. She is still at this location.The experience this time was completely the opposite. I was met by a younger woman who was very professional and eager to help me try on a few outfits. I absolutely love the fit and feel of the clothes that I tried on and ended up purchasing them. This last experience has definitely changed my mind on the White House Black Market clothing store at this location. Thank you Sarah.”
