As a designer, I have worked with many paint stores in NOVA but I must say that the Gainesville S-W is my “go-to” store. Often times I need quick and efficient service from the paint company to have the orders ready or to help with achieving a certain color or shade for a client. The professional staff is very helpful and cooperative. Jarred (one of the employee) has gone above and beyond to assist and ensure that all questions are answered thoroughly and follows through with the order. Great store. Lowes failed 3 times to match a paint color and Sherwin Williams nailed it on the first try. Patient staff who know what they are doing and knows paint. It cost a little more but the quality is really really good.

The staff at the Gainesville VA store are incredible. They go out of their way to explain what you probably have not been told about paint, are patient while you come-up-to-speed, and absolutely do everything in their power to ensure your tint is exactly what you have in mind but can't explain all that well ;-)Kudos to the entire staff - you have a lot to be proud of in regard to customer satisfaction.
