Rachel is THE BEST! She came out to look at what I needed, gave me awesome recommendations (I needed something to resist stains in a high traffic area) and answered a bunch of questions I had about prep work I should do. Scheduling was easy and accommodating. The installers were on time and the quality of work was excellent. My kids, my dogs, and I all love the new carpet, we're all glad we went with Rachel's Floors! Bonus - she's very easy to talk to and in turn easy and enjoyable to work with, she understands her customers!

If I could give Rachel's floors more than 5 starts, I would. Rachel and Michelle were just fantastic. Rachel came to our house to measure the area and showed us the samples. She walked us through every step and told us everything we needed to know. Her installation team were great and finished a nice and clean job. We are very pleased with Rachel's Floors.

If you are not using Rachel's Floor for ALL of your flooring needs, then you are missing out on the best experience! Rachel and Michelle are so professional and responsive. I don't know when I have ever had the owner of a company actually come to my house to do the estimate. Rachel is more than fair - I recently had carpet installed that was not the right color and she made it right without question. Thanks Rachel, you're the best!

Rachel's Floors is, hands down, the best flooring company I have ever used. Rachel, herself, came to my house to look at and measure the area in which I would need new flooring. She walked me through the options, giving me valuable input on what would look best for that section of the house. She has an eye for design, color scheme, and quality.She was very patient with us as we took time to decide and put off the project multiple times. We never felt pressured to move forward faster than we wanted. When we were finally ready and asked for installation, Rachel put us on the calendar for the day we requested. We were able to get it done very quickly.When the installation crew came, I was amazed by their kindness, eye for detail, respect, cleanliness, speed and excellency in their work. They were such a quality crew! The crew supervisor walked through the project with me upon arrival. He was so kind. (He made a minor suggestion to help make a transition between two types of flooring look a lot better.)They began working, respecting the cleanliness of our home, and protecting our other flooring. They were extremely fast, and did a high quality job.I cannot express how impressed I was with this company and their crew. I hope to use them again. I would highly recommend their company.

We have remodeled a few homes. Rachel's team has been the best flooring company we have worked with-- absolutely incredible. They have been extremely helpful, responsive, professional. The quality of the install was flawless. Most recently, we used Rachel to remodel part of our 200 yr old farmhouse. The room was not square, the floor was not level, and the transition to the rest of the house was very uneven. The room was perfectly done.

Rachel's Floors is by far the best company I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. The customer service is Top Notch (which is non-existent in most companies theses days), and the product is wonderful too. I feel like they are very fairly priced. The flooring selection was great as well. There was great communication throughout the whole process. The Installation Team were great, too! They worked quickly and effectively and were so professional. The finishing work they did around our mantle and existing hardwood looks so good. We have some more flooring projects on the to do list for next year and we will definitely be back.

Outstanding! Rachel made the entire process easy and clear. She made the process from beginning to end simple for me and I love my new bedroom carpets! The installation team, headed by Oscar was efficient and they cleaned up afterwards without a hitch. I would highly recommend Rachel as the resource to anyone looking for quality carpets and installation without hesitation.

The best experience! We worked with Michelle and Rachel to replace our old hardwood with Shide LVP flooring. The entire crew was professional and meticulous. They were the best price by over 25% over four total quotes. I highly recommend One Step Floors!

We placed an order for our carpet to be replaced as we are getting ready to place our house on the market. The carpet they installed was the WRONG carpet. We were told a number was entered wrong on the invoice, however, the carpet that came was the exact one that the sales woman preferred when here with samples. They could not replace it right away, and due to the time table of our already scheduled open houses (of which we communicated to the sales rep repeatedly from the start), we have to keep the unwanted carpet. It is a very light shade that will be very difficult to keep clean as we have three kids and multiple dogs. Their only response was to offer us what could barely qualify as a discount - a few hundred dollars off a large order. Angry and extremely disappointed as their only real response was, "Well, does it look bad?" Only point that matters is - it is NOT what we ordered.
