Walking takes one hour to see a nurse although they call me earlier than my schedule time. I went home and come back for a hour waiting time and the nurse said she looked for me earlier. They shouldn't schedule me one hour later for a walking.

Today we have visited Quest Diagnostics @Gianesville for my kids appointment. Both Laila and Hermie were very professional and understandable to intake us @4PM although we were late by 20mins due to huge traffic.

Pointless setting up a drug testing here, they straight up refused to do my drug test! The door was locked, the kiosk didn't work, and don't even try calling their phone number no one will pick up, It's all automated. It's almost as if they don't want business

I was taken back exactly at my appointment time. The orders were easily accessed and I was finished in 5 min! The lab tech was super sweet and I didn’t feel a thing!

Terrible!!! I had a 9am appointment this morning and got there early, checked in on my phone, but the door was locked. Did not know the exit door was the entrance door on Saturdays. No sign, no nothing. I followed someone else going through the exit door. I waited for an hour in the waiting area while walk-ins with no appt. were seen before me. LabCorp is awful, too. I know that LabCorp and Quest are related but wish there was an alternative.

I went in at 4pm and the lady at the front desk told me they were closed. I said what are your hours and she said “We are open 8-4, what you saw online was our covid hours. Most people make an appointment.” She said this very rudely and I asked her why they stay open from 4p-5p if they don’t take anyone. She had no response. Horrible service I wouldn’t go here or trust anyone with sticking me with a needle here!

I am very disappointed with both ladies she discriminate me I have an appointment there patient information device have problems all the time I talk to the nurse she said to put your information I try couple of times I was upset they refused me to take me in.please take an action .please post it on quest website

I rushed in here 10 min before closing with no appointment for a pre employment drug screen and Gabriella came through for me in a pinch. They stop drug screens at 3pm, I arrived at 3:45 and all it took was a simple please and she did the screening for me. Thank you Gabriella!

I would give no star if possible. My husband arrived for his appt and was ignored by a woman in the office as she played with her cell phone. Stood there ignored for about 20 minutes. Another woman came and also ignored him. Finally after screaming for her attention she was rude, told him it was too late to do the test and that he had to return another day. Good grief. Horrible experience.

I booked a PCR test online for the travel. It's free. I arrived and checked in within a few min. I really liked that I did the swap (self swap). Friendly staff. The test was at 3 pm on Dec 30 and I got the result at 5:20 am on Jan 1, which took less than 48 hours. It was the most busiest time of the year for Covid testing as all testing sites are fully booked but I was glad that I got the result faster than expected (3 days).

Today I went to Quest again in Gainsville and had a good experience. The staff there today was completely different. I hope the staff there today will get a shoutout from this because I don't know her name....
