“The manager at this location is a great guy. I got fish at the Winchester location and they died a few hours later. He allowed me to one time return them and said I should have been informed as to their care (I wasn’t) and gave me very helpful information. My second fish is thriving.”
“Really awesome place with even better people. Irvin was super helpful and knowledgeable in what plants and fish would work best in my tank, and was just so overall pleasant to shop with. Kyle (I apologize if i’m mixing up his name with someone else) literally helped save my tank with his recommendations and expertise on how to handle unsafe levels of ammonia and nitrite when nothing else I looked up was working. Irvin’s instructions have helped me maintain a healthy tank as well. They have truly gone above and beyond, my fish and I are grateful for their help!”

“Momeya gave new life to the definition of humanity. My husband underwent cardiac surgery on Father's Day. We shopped at the Manassas Tractor Supply June 28th. Her beautiful smile and attitude followed us all the way to our truck. “I had a great experience there today. The location was clean and the puppies were adorable and happy. They all wanted to play. I got a beautiful toy poodle. The person who helped me “Jessica” did an amazing job. She was very helpful. She gave me instructions on how to care for my new baby.. and gave a me a list of everything I will need to care for her. I even left with a care package. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I came home so happy with such a wonderful experience. Once I get a bigger place and can extend my pet family.. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend!!”

“I am sorry to post that I usually buy online through Chewy, BUT I needed something stat, called this Pet Smart to see if they had product, asked price - told the nice guy that it was alot cheaper on Chewy, he said, "We'll match Chewy's price!!!" I was there within 15 minutes! So impressed by that! I believe I'll be going there more often now!”
