Allen and Christy at Old Dominion Appliance Repair are so nice and professional and extremely competent and knowledgeable! Allen had everything fixed (and cleaned) within 15 minutes! Our washer and dryer and refrigerator function better — now — than brand new. Allen is wonderful!

Our dryer suddenly stopped working and they were very responsive and were able to stop by the same day after another appointment ended early. The issue was a simple broken part which they replaced at a great price and everything was back working quickly!

I couldn't recommend Alan more if you have something go wrong with your household appliances. The heating element on my dishwasher stopped working abruptly, and the Whirlpool repair people would not have been able to come out to my house for a week. I called Old Dominion Appliance Repair and Alan was able to come out the same day to my house to diagnose the issue. He figured out what needed to be replaced and was able to come by a few days later and install it.Dishwasher works great now, and Alan charged me on the low end of what Whirlpool told me it would cost. I usually never write reviews, but Old Dominion Appliances is a great company, so I must! Alan has ALWAYS been such an honest person, fix the appliances that can be fix, if not, he let you know you need a new one.I have known Alan for at least 10 years, I meet him at ny old job, his company used to repair appliances there, now I use his company to fix my appliances at my house, same great experience. Thank you Alan!

Alan was able to see me the day after I called for my washing machine. Excellent service, super knowledgeable, and fair pricing, plus he loves dogs! This was my first time using him, and I'll definitely use them in the future!

Old Dominion Repair has come through for me several times. We were having trouble with our refrigerator and Alan was on vacation. We tried another company, they said it needed a new compressor and it would be over $600, better to get a new one. I waited until Alan came back, he put a new fan in for around $150 and it works great now! Old Dominion is fabulous and I recommend them to everyone.
