They were very professional, and happy to answer any questions. And even though they did not have shuttle service in the pouring rain they took me home and brought my vehicle back after they fixed it and I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail.

I was charged $130 for a simple oil change. I asked why so expensive and the guy said because of the synthetic oil I need, and a filter change. I wasn’t expecting to pay this much. Now I’m not even sure if oil was put in my car because my car keeps alerting me that I need an oil change.”

I got my Tesla repaired and sent the invoice to Alex. He kept me updated via phone calls and texts and worked with the company to mail me a refund for the repair. “I took my Tesla Model Y in for an alignment, but noticed the steering wheel was still a bit off-center due to a minor suspension issue. I emailed the shop about it, and the next day, Hany, the staff manager, called me. He offered to personally handle the alignment if I could drop off the car. Hany spent a couple of days fine-tuning everything, and the results are outstanding. The steering wheel is now perfectly straight, and the car drives flawlessly. I’m really impressed with how well he addressed the issue and exceeded my expectations. Hany’s dedication and effort were exceptional, and I’m very grateful for his help.”

“I brought my 2019 Camry in for a regular oil change and either the fuel covering was either accidentally left off.
As I’m not local to the area, Artie the manager (sp?) was nice enough to have it replaced for me.
