Always a great experience getting parts from here when necessary, guys are cool at the counter and always get me the parts I need that they carry whether it's there at this location or at the others and they ship it to this one. Thanks guys

Stopped by today to get some wipers for my VW Rabbit. I’m horrible at names.. but was it Mike?Idk, he said he and the owners have the same name. I’ve met both the older gentleman and the young guy and both times they have been nothing but helpful. The young guy today was super helpful in making sure that I got the right specific part for my VW, going in the back and genuinely caring about getting me the right stuff.When I met the older gentleman , I had questions in regard to the liquimolly flushes and he was so patient and friendly and made sure I understood what I was buying.Understated little gem of a car shop in the area.

Went to Napa in Gainesville Va to purchase a new battery for my vehicle.I realized there are two different grouping sizes for my vehicle. I need to verify which one I had currently in my car. After walking in I spoke to a guy named Marco who was obviously hesitant to even move until I said “listen if you don’t want to help me verify before I spend the nearly 200$, tell me how to do it.” He wasn’t expecting that I guess because he changed his demeanor quickly.Of course I dropped any predetermined view I had of him and I thanked him for helping me.The battery he grabbed me was the one in the pics. Clearly with corrosion on it and rust, I asked “is this a new battery?” He said yes.Knowing only a little about batteries, I trusted his word.When I went home to install, I quickly realized (and verified by calling dad and sending him pics) that’s this WAS NOT a new battery.I am disgusted by this behavior and taking advantage of women that may not know the difference or know any better.I quickly called Napa and spoke to a manager named Mike who made things right.Do not trust Marco at Gainesville Va Napa.

Saved me a big drive to Manassas. I've gone pass this store many times but never noticed it. This will be my store for auto parts in the future, the employee was very friendly and was quick to approach me and provided help finding the items I was looking for. Very happy with my visit and their service.

Phenomenal customer service. Called a few places in the area trying to get my hands on an upper radiator hose. Finally called Napa at 11am and spoke to Mike. He said they didnt have the part but had it at another location. He asked where I was coming from and said hed send a driver to get the part which saved me an extra 30 minutes and the stress of driving into Manassas. He said to call back in 1.5 hours to confirm the driver was back. Called back at almost exactly 1.5 hrs and the driver was walking through the door with the part. Now I can have this car back on the road today instead of wednesday or thursday waiting on a simple part. Thanks again Mike!

Very friendly employees and they really helped me at in a pinch. Much better experience than going to Autozone or Advance Auto on a busy Saturday morning. Go here instead
