Love the practice it has grown and I have seen changes. The front office personnel lack in professionalism when it comes to patient information. I have seen them whipering and then looking up to see who is watching. One of the times I know it was directed at me. I have been struggling for a long time some things have gone unanswered but I am not blaming the physicians or the PAs. What I do not like is to pick up on their conversation that clearly states that their consensus is that I call and want appointments for no reason, and that it is the topic of the office conversation. If they only were me 10 years ago (when I never saw a doctor as I had no healthy issues) to now where I have had so many healthy issues with no answers. I am disappointed. I waited 2 years to get into this practice. I have seen so much change. I miss Erin that used to work the front desk.

From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Alana and Renee are welcoming. Alana squeezed me in last week for a blood draw and is the sweetest and newest addition to Mountain View. Renee has been there since I became a patient 7 years ago and is always professional and kind. I hope everyone treats them with the kindness and respect that they deserve in a hard job. Francine is a cheery lady when you have to get a blood draw. Chantalle is thoughtful in her treatment and includes you in the decision making. I appreciate these wonderful medical professionals! Keep up the good work ladies! Well done! #excellence

This is a great family practice!!! My family and I have been coming here for nine years. Dr. Parikh is very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. We frequently see Dr. Kajal Parikh, and the PAs at the practice as well Lindsay and Chantalle, they are all amazing and pay attention to detail with their care. The office staff is always friendly, including Odette and Heather who have been there a while and the medical assistants are all so compassionate with great beside manner.
Two of the highlights of the office are the wonderful ladies Renee and Alanna that work in the front. They always greet you with a smile and show such patience when trying to fit you in for a last minute appointment or deal with billing or paperwork. When you’re feeling your worst they know how to show empathy and truly brighten your day! They are also always friendly on the phone. I love their authenticity!
I highly recommend this office!

My husband and our children have been patients of Mountain View Internal Medicine and Pediatrics since 2010. We have always received top quality care. We have had a few medical scares over the years and Dr Parikh and his staff have always been there to aid and refer as needed. We feel like we are part of the Mountain View family.

The office staff is kind and very helpful. They go the extra mile. I have had good experiences with both MD’s and PA’s. I would highly recommend this practice.

I am currently in the waiting room and felt compelled to share! I assume the waiting room is a shared space because my daughter and I are here for a follow up for an eye surgery that she had.
While here, I have witnessed the truly welcoming atmosphere created by the two receptionists. Their pleasant demeanor and attention to each patient has been a breath of fresh air!

Dr. V. Parikh and his team provide top notch care. The front desk staff is kind, helpful and efficient. Renee and Alanna always greet everyone with a smile. Odette makes the beginning of the appointment stress-free. Dr. Parikh doesn’t rush through appointments and I always feel comfortable asking questions. It truly feels as though we are working together to address health concerns. And I’m grateful to have the flexibility to see the PAs, Chantalle and Lindsey, as well. They are thorough and I am very pleased with the level of care provided by both of them. I highly recommend MVIMP!

The Parikh's are 2 of the best doctors that I have ever met. They don't rush you, but instead spend the time needed to explain everything to you. They are very knowledgeable and kind and effective.

Dr. Vipul Parikh is an internal medicine physician. He has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. He is one of the best, kindest doctors a person could have. As for his staff, they provide excellent customer care and service.

Worst experience ever with a medical office. The Physicians assistant coded my insurance wrong. Long story short, after a year of run around from the office staff and manager I finally gave up and paid the $1500 out of pocket. I even sent Dr Parikh a certified letter to make sure he knew of the problem. I never got a response from him either. I've probably been to hundreds of medical offices, and have never had such a bad and unprofessional experience. Nice pretty office though.

Dr Parikh and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and therefore i completely trust their answers to my questions.The staff is forever kind providing compassionate service .I have been with Dr Parikh for more than 10 years and would never consider going elsewhere.

Dr. Parikh has been our kids and my wife's physician for about 15 years. He is an excellent physician. Very knowledgeable and thorough and will spend the time needed - we've never felt he rushed through our visit. He can sometimes be a little too cautious, but I suppose that is preferable to a risk-taking physician. I would always tell people about him until I eventually realized that it was making it harder and harder to get an appointment with him. Unfortunately, now, it is very difficult to see him and instead one must see the PA's. I think the practice could generate enough patients to employ another full time physician. While PA's may be fine for some things, we've had issues with a couple of our PA visits. Ironically, we pay the same co-pay as if we've seen Dr. Parikh. I noticed that a few people complained about the office staff. It is hard to get through some times, so I'm thankful for the "redial" button. Renee is one of the principle receptionists and she is wonderful. The others certainly try to do their best but they are overwhelmed. All of the issues others have cited (difficulty getting through, getting appointments, etc.) are characteristic of almost all medical practices today. So, in short, I would not let these issues discourage you from seeking Dr. Parikh, as he is well worth any of these challenges.

One of the best doctors in the area I know them for a long time. The new location is great and clean. I don’t know why someone give them 3.6 I see him the best.

Only PAs will check most of the time for kids and will not get appointment with Dr.I will not recommend for pediatrics
