I love Miss Kibbles. They carry the most frozen raw food in the area and the prices are reasonable. They have a huge selection of all other foods, supplements and treats. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, I like supporting small businesses.

I originally gave 3 stars because it's a run of the mill pet supply store. Nothing bad, nothing special. But it is a nice store, it was tidy and the employee at this location was friendly. I support shopping smaller retailers, I have changed the rating to 4 stars to reflect these factors.

I love Miss Kibbles. I stopped in last week to buy something for a dog's birthday and they were very knowledgeable in helping me pick something out that worked with the dog's special diet.

(Reviewing as a cat guardian.) Recently moved to the area from St Louis, MO. Miss Kibbles’ online presence reminded me of Treats Unleashed, a wonderful pet store chain with super knowledgeable staff in the St Louis area. Upon arrival, they are unfortunately quite small and their cat section is practically non-existent. Good brands, but very few options. When I asked the (high school?) employee if he knew of another store with more cat options, he kind of snickered and said, “uh, Petsmart?”Overall not a terrible experience, just not what I was expecting or looking for.

I love this store, everything in here is natural and healthy for my pup. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Maddie, she is very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about all the products. I always trust her recommendation. I would just be mindful about their return policy because there is no return or exchange on certain products once you open it even if you have only used it once. This is a great natural pet store, you can feel good about giving your pet stuff from there.
