Was met immediately as we entered the office. Was asked if we would like refreshments and was informed that the settlement person would be with us momentarily. During the settlement procedure we were asked if we had any questions.

I have been using Art Grace and MBH for all of my settlements for 21 years. I will never consider another company or settlement attorney. Art is the best, along with his staff.

This isn’t the place you want to choose as your settlement company because they provide no support. We had a terrible experience and i’m in shock as to how i was spoken with. They are rude and very unprofessional. Their manner of dealing with their clients is not healthy at all. I was yelled at, disrespected and treated as if i were incompetent by Art Grace. We had an issue related to our taxes for 1st half of the yr when we didn’t even own the property. We contacted and spoke with Art Grace to calrify what I owe vs. what the seller owed. Art Grace said “people don’t even call in about this chunk of change” he referred to money owed as chunk of change which happens to be over $600. Regardless of the amount it’s just that Art was very rude and kept cutting me off. He told me “he doesn’t have all day to figure things out”. I am very disappointed in MBH settlement Company. Not recommending them to anyone at all.
