I was met as I was entering the store, by Ron. I explained to him that I needed two mattresses- one for my young grandson, and one for myself. He was very helpful and talked and showed me the different types of mattresses. I didn’t know about the types of mattresses before. I asked many questions and Ron answered them all! There was no pressure for me to buy one or the other. I was also very pleased because there was a sale!
Ron is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. I highly recommend him to anyone that is shopping for a mattress!

Had an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience when dealing with Rizwan. Was there in the last two weeks, only one employee in the store at the time with no one else to check employee behaviour. I’m appalled to say the least with that interaction. May want to take a look at how employees act when they think no one’s looking.
