Since the stuff inside tends to kind of be the same I use the rating scale for the customer service. There was an irate/difficult customer ahead of me in line and the person running the register handled it beautifully and did not let that experience affect her when she helped me.

Had enough gold bathroom faucet selections for our new vanity install. We went to a lot of Lowe's in the area and this was the only one that had a decent inventory of gold bathroom faucets.
