Zero customer service. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. Never happened. The store was not busy, several "workers" just hanging out. The sub-4 star rating is well-deserved. Dont waste your time. Go somewhere else!

I went in to fit and purchase a couple of new suits, and also needed several shirt/tie combinations for an upcoming event for work. Gainesville location managed to have almost everything I needed in stock. I worked with Nick and he was amazing to work with. Probably the best JAB employee I’ve personally gotten to work with. He was personable, very helpful, and patient in finding the right fits. He also helped with presenting several tasteful options for shirt and tie combinations that I ended up purchasing. He made the whole experience as easy and fun as it could’ve been and very time efficient as well. Would absolutely recommend working with Nick at the Gainesville location. Thanks!

Very impressed. I had a great experience at the Gainesville, VA store. I had a vague notion of what I wanted, but they picked out a perfect outfit. The fit was impeccable. Ask for Zack. He was a huge help! He seemed to know what I wanted before I did.

Atrocious service.We entered the store and walked to the register, and we were "greeted" by a young man standing in the back that yelled "Yeah?" and made no effort to come approach us.The other employee, an older woman, was incredibly rude. I asked the male employee that I was working with to update one of the groomsmen's names from our order, and she leaned over from talking with another customer and replied "it doesn't matter."When I told her that I would like the name to be spelled correctly, she turned to the other customer and COVERED HER EARS while I was talking to her.I asked the male employee if the groomsmen will be seeing their names on the order, he said "yes". So why tell me it doesn't matter? It was like pulling teeth with these people who clearly do not want to be working there, nor have any inclination for customer service.I will make the effort to drive to a further location next time, or shop elsewhere.This was at the Gainesville location, 7/11/2023 in the afternoon.

Went in for a suit at exact opening time. Expected it to take half my day to find a suit being father's day. The gentleman working alone did an exceptional job find me a suit to fit my needs quickly. I highly recommend going if you're not sure what you need and need advice.

I was in the store around 445 pm, on Fri, June 9th. I was in a hurry, and I did not catch the young man's name that helped me. He absolutely knocked it out of the park for me. He made the high quality outfit work around the low quality shoes I tasked him with matching. Outstanding job. I'm very grateful and I'll be back in the fall .

I have bought suits in past here. I would not go back. I purchased a my son a suit for a dance. When I came in to pick up the alterations, the young man did not file the correct day. No suit,no replacement, and they could not offer any solution. They are an adequate solution if you are not purchasing for an occasion. Otherwise they are not dependable.

OK, not a chance going back. Got the suit in the right size on their web site, brought it in for the alterations. It was ready on time, good start, but after trying it on , the pants just didn't break correctly. I stood at the mirror for about 15 minutes, the sales rep never came over to check on me, to see the results. I looked for him to no avail. It was not like he didn't know I was trying it on, he got it for me from the back. There was a lady with 2 kids getting fitted, and 3 employees. I changed back, went to the register counter, which is when he looked up and asked "how was it"? I told him if he cared he would have checked on me. He mumbled "we have a lot going on". So, what else could I say then- "well, I'll reduce the "load" by leaving, and never coming back. Had to ask him to cover the suit, apparently the plastic bag is optional. Clearly this store operates like a self-serve, off the rack online operation. you will not be properly served.never, never, ever going back here.

We visited on 3/04/23, and worked with Kevin to outfit our College graduating Son with appropriate interview attire. Kevin was great and helped us get everything we needed. Only 1 less star because we spent @ $800+ (Suit, Shirts, Khakis, Shoes, Belt and Ties) and could only find a discount for $25 off. We could have bought some of the items cheaper elsewhere but wanted to get it all done at once. We signed up thru website and even "surfed" the site and in the past was able to receive discounts for like 20% off entire purchase but nothing populated.Kevin is great and will definitely work with him again in the future.

I have had a good experience with this location. the staff works well together and is up beat and happy. Any issues i have had with my orders have been fixed. keep up the good work.

I have now been to this location 3 times. Each time, I have been "assisted" by an associate that lacked customer service abilities. While not rude, they were all incompetent at their jobs. Today, the associate measured me and then went to pick out a suit. He handed me a suit that was very small, so small in fact that I could not get it past my shoulders. When I said it's too small, he literally asked me if I was sure! Anyway, I like the brand, but this location has had poor service each and every time I visited. Its incredulous to me they are still in business.
