They were so very friendly and cooperative. I asked to see several units and she unhesitatingly took me around to all of them. Then later when I was unable to sign the online lease agreement she was very helpful getting me into it so we could complete that part of the lease.

WHY this place has the rating it does, I can’t understand.
Went to reserve a 10 x 10 in the climate controlled section. When I was taken up to see the unit, I noticed that it was hotter inside than it was outside and the heat index was 105.
When I mentioned that I was told that the HVAC unit in that section of the building is down and that they have another unit just below on the first floor, but it’s $16 more a month.
When I asked for the “hot” unit price since id be paying for a climate controlled unit with no climate control, I was told “no”. So I asked for the price of a non-climate controlled unit until the HVAC system was fixed and then I would start paying the climate control price. I was told “no”. To get a better sense of a timeline, I asked how long it would take to get it fixed To which I was answered “I’m not sure..” okay I asked “how long has it been out?”
FOUR YEARS!!!
This company is charging people for services they have no intention of giving. Then trying to get a higher price for the SAME SPACE in an actual controlled space.
I told her to cancel everything because I wasn’t about to give my money to a crooked business to take care of my possessions.

No different from all the other storage unit companies in the area. Will drastically increase the rates every 3 months, despite email sent when first moving in implying that rate increases are set by the corporate office and the local office should be able to work with you to not increase rates. Three months after moving in the rate increased by nearly 40% and is almost double what the same size units are currently renting for. The only option given is to move into an identical unit to restart that base price, which they noted would "of course it will be scheduled for another Rental Rate Increase in 90 days."

Last minute need for storage and they were able to accommodate. Billing is easy with auto pay and they promptly send me a receipt via email. Friendly, courteous staff.
