Dropped off a Versace T-shirt and a pair of linen pants and was kind of worried about a red spaghetti stain on the shirt, I was told they cannot guarantee to get the stain out, and so reluctantly, I dropped it off, pay for it right there, Cash and then went about my way, a week later I stopped in and had to pay again for it even though I showed them my receipt, she said she usually marks it with a pen that it’s paid, I explain kindly to her that it was another lady and she made no such mark but I had my receipt, saying, Cash, even the lady behind me pointed out that the sign clearly says you must pre-pay for all services, she then said they made special circumstances for certain people to pay after ( mind you this was my very first time entering her cleaners, don’t see how I could get special treatment when she doesn’t know me from Adam) anyways after arguing for a few minutes I gave in and paid twice!

Expensive and it takes a week for them to dry clean your clothes. I wouldn’t bother coming here

Went to pick a suit and a shirt that I dropped earlier in the week and was told that I had not been there in a month and had not dropped off any clothes. I didnt have my ticket but told her to check since it was suppose to be ready the day before. She refused and just kept saying I didnt drop any clothes and to leave. I am going in the morning to hopefully talk to someone more sensible thatwill look for my suit since I need for an event in the evening. Im not coming here agsin.

The service here was great and I have no complaints outside of it being pretty expensive. $54 for 4 dresses is a pretty pricey.

According to yelp they open at 7. Sign on the door says 8, Google says 9. I can tell you it isn't 7, as I just drove up there to pick up clothes before work. Need a reliable spot after my last dry cleaners closed (she was awesome), not sure this is it

I have used this cleaner for several years. Always polite and clothes delivered when promised. I believe they might have have had an owner change since the previous problems were mentioned. Today, I needed something cleaned same-day and they truck had already left for the day. The owner was there and bagged up my 2 items and agreed to take them personally to get them cleaned today. Always great service!!

Very bad customer service. I came in with a bunch of clothes to clean . I asked her about the price and she said 5.75 for the pants and then I asked how much you charge for the shirt? She didnt like it and said you have been not using us for a year . “ Actually we are busy , you can go to another” . And then another one came and she took all her clothes to clean . I left with no answer because I was shocked and felt embarrassed.I don’t recommend this place at all .

I bring my clothes in for cleaning an they do a good job but when you want something a specific way or you just want a shirt laundered and they disagree and want to dry clean it and or hand wash it and hand iron it be prepared for an argument. You won't win. You can sign whatever statement you want and take responsibility for the shirt the staff will just argue with you until you relent and or take the piece of clothing back with you to do yourself.

My experience is akin to many of those listed below. I used the cleaner for years and had not complaints -- at least nothin significant. I brought in a dress shirt that I had worn and the color was badly stained by a leather cord of a pendant around my neck. They got the stain out of the color but there were huge pale yellow stains all over the shirt. I know they hadn't been there when I had worn the shirt and brought it in. The woman there argued with me, telling me that the stains were there, it wasn't there fault, etc etc. And she kept on at it, as others have also suggested. For a customer of many years who had never complained once you would think that maybe... just maybe... she would have AT LEAST offered to refund the cost of cleaning the one shirt. But nope. Not an apology, not a refund -- just an insistence that it was like that from the start. She may feel she "won" that battle. But she lost a customer that had spent hundreds of dollars there every year.

Walk in with 1 white dress shirt, actually a tuxedo shirt...was told 2.50 then price changed to 5.75, fine whatever I'll pay it. Then was told I should just go somewhere else becuase she couldn't find the 5.75 price on the register. All meanwhile critizing how they should charge more for larger items as she motions her hands making guestures that I'm large.."big clothes for big people charge more" never going back...
