Friendly staff and huge variety of groceries! I shop here regularly and almost always find what I need or someone is able to help me find it. They go out of their way to make sure customers have what they need.

I disagree with the one star comment about the pharmacist hiding behind the counter. I think the regular pharmacist is always readily available. I have never seen her hide behind the counter. Even when I interrupt her when she is multi-tasking she will help with questions as quickly as she can. Sometimes there are substitute pharmacists. I don't see them very often, but I haven't had any problems with any of them either.

Harris Teeter is excellent for in-store shopping. The new online app is terrible. Very buggy and wouldn’t let me proceed to checkout. I used the previous app weekly through the pandemic and it was simple and efficient. Why release new system if it doesn’t work. Just wasted a lot of time

I order my refill Pharmacist very rude. I always not to go their when she works but can have luck always. She really need to change her career than pharmacists cause my self also working in medical line and you really need polite with patients definitely if they getting medicine from their it means they already going through some issues than you giving them attitude.Please think about what you said over the phone and at Pharmacy when I came for pick on Sunday…

DO NOT use online grocery shopping at this Harris Teeter location. They are terrible! I have used them for the past 5 years and I am officially done. They frequently forget several bags from my order when I go to pick-up. Then I have to return to the store the same day or the next day to get them. Now that they switched to their new online system, there is literally no way for you to communicate with your shopper in real time. After shopping your order, your shopper use to call you to go over substitutions and out of stocks. You could then talk to them over the phone to make changes if needed. Now if they make a substitution or if something is out of stock, you get a text message about it. But there is no way for you to pick a different substitution or if something is out of stock, to suggest something else. For example, I ordered granola bars. The flavor I picked was out of stock, so the shopper didn't make a substitution. I would have accepted a different flavor, but there was no way for her to ask me this or for me to tell her this after she didn't see the flavor I wanted. When I called the store and told them to get me two boxes of any flavor, they said that they don't do add-ons and I would have to place another order for a different day just for the granola bars. They need to go back to calling shoppers or create a chat feature with your shopper like Instacart. By using this Harris Teeter, I end up not getting several things I need, then I end up having to go into the grocery store anyway to look for things. This defeats the purpose of online grocery shopping and pick-up. I will be looking into other options in our area and I suggest you do the same.

Prescription was called in two hours ago. Still waiting while pharmacist drinks coffee without a mask on; I even called to check an hour ago. And was told 30 minutes and it will be ready; nothing worse than sitting in a grocery store waiting ...waiting....

Has a mask requirement sign on the door, yet no one telling customers they need to wear a mask, and 50% of the staff aren't wearing masks!!

The pharmacist is not customer oriented and hides behind the counter. Asking a question about OTC drug she ignored me and the technician came to help. Don’t recommend this pharmacy, but from the looks of how folks are standing around, they are not doing well anyway!!

This is one of the nicest Harris Teeters I've been in. It seems no matter what I'm looking for they will have it in stock - although at a price. I've found everything from lactose free sour cream and ice cream to fondant here. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. They will always offer help out to your car which is hit or miss elsewhere. They also offer a full pharmacy and you can get your flu shots there for free. Finally, this Harris teeters has a Starbucks inside so you can get your caffeine fix on the way in - or on the way out - and their service is just as good as the regular Starbucks. This is one stop shopping at its best. Highly recommend.

The pharmacist at this store who I was told was the pharmacy manager is the single rudest employee I have ever encountered. She has incorrect information and is refusing COVID vaccines based off of information that is a week old despite having multiple confirmation emails stating that the eligibility criteria is met. The parent company (Kroger) sent confirmation of eligible groups two hours ago just before I got a call canceling an appointment for tomorrow. She then proceeded to laugh at me on the phone and tell me that she didn't care what a website said, the appointment is cancelled.

Extremely disappointed in my Harris teeter here at heritage hunt in Gainesville VA. I purchase 8 Chobani yogurts and got home and 5 of them are expired. I purchased them using my VIC store number and a credit card and call them 10 minutes post purchase when I got home and they told me they wouldn’t do anything over the phone for me. I told them I would send pictures, I can give them my receipt number, and give them my credit card number that I purchased the items with and
