Gainesville Pharmacy has made me a customer for life. Pal, the pharmacist, has always taken great care of our family since Covid vaccines to now including our pets. Pal takes the time to explain how the medications function and how to change oral delivery from a gelcap that dissolves before the animal can take it to giving us a microdose of heart medication inside a capsule. Obviously, this means it takes Pal to dose the grains inside a tiny capsule.Pal is a blessing to us, as our 13 yr old cat has heart failure and the Sotalol is much needed as part of his regimen. Many other pharmacists would not take the care and time to package 60 capsules with a few grains of medicine. Thank you for the good you do!!

I was recovering from surgery and my prescription was sent here from the hospital. They immediately called me, filled it and someone dropped it off at my house for me since I was not mobile. I'm so grateful for their compassion and customer service. You would never get this care at CVS or other chains. Thank you!

Gainesville pharmacy are so quick to get prescriptions in. Way faster than other pharmacy’s around. Pal, the pharmacist, is super nice and friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, appreciate that they deliver if you need them to. I highly recommend Gainesville Pharmacy to everyone!

My doctor told me about this pharmacy and I am grateful to my doctor for sending my prescription there , was much cheaper than Costco and was ready the next day. I saved more than half of the $$. They were very friendly I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Called to ask questions on a prescription. Person on other end was rude, seemed out of breath, kept cutting me off and decided to hang up on me.

Very fast, very personal service. Prices are very reasonable for meds that insurance will not cover, or for those who do not have prescription coverage. I highly recommend this pharmacy over the chains.

Because of allergies, I needed a medicine compounded. I found out about this pharmacy and I can't be happier. Pharmacist prepared them just as I needed and I was finally able to take my medicine without worries of any bad reactions. Thank you so much!

Fast and friendly! The telephone refill line is easy to use, our prescription is always filled quickly. Most importantly, everyone here is helpful, and greets you with a cheerful welcome. This isn’t my closest pharmacy, but it’s worth the drive.

Great local pharmacy! All the employees are helpful. Not only is the owner, Pal, knowledgeable, but he remembers all his customers and always grabs your prescriptions before you even need to say your name. They're also willing to help contact your doctor when you need refills. Their efficiency is top-notch.
