I had my vehicle towed by Gainesville Towing and they were very responsive, took less than 20 minutes on a busy Friday morning, and Daniel, the driver, was very pleasant and friendly. This company deserves 5-stars.Service: Car towing

Terrible rude mean and ugly family that tows your vehicle fir reasons unknown and then makes it darn near impossible to get it back.....common thugs with license to do so. Hope they go out of business but they seem protected by law enforcement especially TJ. He really wanted my bus for some reason he took full payment and wouldn't turn it over. Not a fan. The reply says it all they wait with police to profile a bus and it's passengers usually then overtake the occupants then bam free bus fir them to do whatever they want with. Pretty sure how they pulled it over was illegal. The venue won't work with your dads company

Showed up drove up the yard leaving huge ruts in the yard. Then decided to just leave me to call another company after i got upset about the ruts. I run a service based business as well and I would at least expect some understanding of why I was upset. I had walked into the building where I was stuck but he proceeded to back up to the van when there was a driveway he had access to. He just decided to leave and tell me to call another company.

I was recently in an accident and interacted with two of your drivers, they were both very kind. I was hyped on adrenaline and had so many questions but they answered everything and made things easy. They put my car down in a spot on the lot where I could get my things and reassured me. I definitely recommend them! Ty guys! (7/27/22)

I locked my keys in my car called them trying to get my 2 year old granddaughter out of the cold Well I expected to have to pay something but 100 dollars just to unlock a door !!! Wow that’s a little extreme .
