They only had one line open and a lot of people waiting. They clean the inside of my windows with something that smeared everything. It looks like maybe the rag they clean tires with. I noticed the one girl was sitting in the passenger seat riding through not doing anything. Worst car wash ever. Flagship car wash sucks. $44. and I had to go home and wash my windows again. One of the girls that worked there was in the bathroom for 20 minutes while customers were waiting. This was September 1 at 2:46 PM. Never again will I go to any flagship car wash!!!

I went to the Gainesville location on route 29 recently and had the worst experience. I drive a Range Rover and while going through the car wash I heard a weird sound almost like a popping sound. Came out of the car wash to see my windshield had a long crack from the top to the bottom. I showed the manager on duty and he took pictures and told me rovers are not compatible with their car wash. What does that even mean??! I had a membership with them the car wasn't even all the way clean when it came out of the wash. He said he would send the pictures to upper management and get back to me. He called me back a day later and said there is nothing they can do. Tried to say the crack was already there. Which it wasn't!! Got the run around cause me and my husband went in a couple of times to speak with the general manager. She was never there at the times we were told to come back. They do not want to pay for my windshield obviously. If you have a Land Rover...do not go here!!! I won't even take my son's Camry there anymore. I would give zero stars if I could.

As a long-time patron of Flagship Carwash on Sudley Manor Road in Manassas, I feel compelled to share my recent experiences, which have raised significant concerns. Once celebrated for its pristine facilities and attentive staff, the quality of service has regrettably diminished. Many customers, myself included, have left feeling dissatisfied, particularly with the thoroughness of the wash. Issues such as inadequate tire cleaning and ineffective bug removal have become increasingly prevalent. The overall condition of the facility has also deteriorated, resembling a neglected warehouse rather than a professional car wash. The towels provided at the washing lanes are often dirty and excessively wet, resulting in streaks on mirrors and windows. Furthermore, the tire shine application appears ineffective, and the dryer at the end of the wash cycle is in dire need of maintenance. This lack of attention to detail is disheartening for a business that once prided itself on delivering high-quality service. Perhaps the most troubling aspect of my experience has been the customer service. Staff members frequently seem disinterested and dismissive, making it challenging to request additional services such as bug spray or tire shine. Many customers have reported hearing, "We ran out of bug spray," which only adds to the frustration. It appears that management is not adequately addressing these service issues or maintaining the facility, leading to a noticeable decline in overall customer satisfaction. In summary, the combination of poor wash quality, lack of facility maintenance, and unsatisfactory customer service has transformed what was once a reliable car wash into a disappointing experience. If management hopes to restore its reputation and regain customer loyalty, it is essential to address these issues promptly. For those considering a visit, it may be prudent to explore alternative car wash options in the Manassas area until improvements are made.

The detail to attention is subpar out of the 4 visit 3 we're a miss.Each time I need to clean my car for areas missed the floor mats just get sprayer with water for a couple of seconds and still is dirty and not dried properly. Will share this on my social media accounts . Aside from the staff horseplaying with equipment like pretending to spray each other or grabbing the drivers side handling forcefully many time in a row in a hurry just for the manager to get out of the car and pretend punch the associate. Very poor management.

I just signed up for the unlimited wash service and upon my first wash I think I am going to have to cancel due to one of the worst washes I’ve seen. My car still has so many spots that are covered in dirt. All of my handle wells are dirty, edges around trim and truck door. The wash quality is equivalent to leaving your car out in the rain.

Great car wash experience. The line wasn't super long and they did a good job. The interior waiting area was really nice. Definitely in the top if not the top of the flagship car washes in the area.

$36 wash, and yet there was still dirt in the grill, in the emblem, below the bump strips on the door, and on the model lettering on the hatch of the SUV. To make matters worse, the wipe down crew missed all those spots, so I had to ask someone. Further, the wipe down inside the car was lacking; the center console has rag streaks, and so does the inside of the windshield. It is as if they used dirty rags and no cleaning solution.This place has always been expensive, but they used to actually clean the car. Now the machine doesn’t get it clean, and the crew don’t seem to care enough to finish the job.

Not the same as previous owners and staff. Always backed up and not as detailed… water spots, doesn’t wipe down or vacuum as they had prior.

Is this worth a $22 car wash? I think all the flagships are really going downhill, topshine was way better . Rest of truck looked like the wheel

Be careful with billing. I was being charged on 2 cards for the same truck. I had to add a card on one of my visits and they did not cancel the original card. 3 months later I find out they were charging both. How does that happen when the license plate is on the account? Not rocket science to figure out that tag number is linked to 2 cards and we are charging both.Called to get this resolved, 1 hour and 7min later on the phone, 45 min of that on hold and I was offered 3 months free vs refund. So I canceled both and now the refund has to be requested? It's a shame, been a customer for a good bit and have sent others. Won't do that anymore.

I like the car wash. They do a great job but in a nice day this place is super busy. Be prepared. I removed one star because this last go round after the interior cleaning they threw away my wife’s air freshener and it wasn’t one of those cheap ones that you hanging a mirror. I’ll chalk it up to a mistake, but it was not a good impression. Every other visit was good without issue.
