“My family and I have come to this practice since Dr. Shupe opened it years ago. My kids are grown and married with kiddos of their own and use their experiences with Lifetime family practice as the standard as they have found caring doctors for their families. Dr. Shupe was an amazing Doctor and I was sad when she retired. However, she hired excellent practitioners with her caring philosophies. I’ve had excellent care from anyone I’ve seen but my go to NP is Veronica Hall. Now in my post menopausal years (oh boy) my preventative health needs are more complicated. Veronica is always ready to listen and provide excellent easy to understand suggestions and help in my care plan. She is warm and patient and highly competent. Lastly, this practice has not sold out to the big health care conglomerates. Let this be your “patient first” practice!!”

“From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Alana and Renee are welcoming. Alana squeezed me in last week for a blood draw and is the sweetest and newest addition to Mountain View. Renee has been there since I became a patient 7 years ago and is always professional and kind. I hope everyone treats them with the kindness and respect that they deserve in a hard job. Francine is a cheery lady when you have to get a blood draw. Chantalle is thoughtful in her treatment and includes you in the decision making. I appreciate these wonderful medical professionals! “This is the group you want to be with. The people leaving negative reviews about this practice clearly haven’t experienced the kind of care you receive at a larger, impersonal office. Our children have been patients at two of the “top-rated” pediatricians as we’ve moved over the years—and this is the only practice where you’re truly treated as a person, not just a number.

If you’re looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team—literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed—this is the place for you.

When I first called, Anastasia let me know they’re a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they’re helping another patient—but I’ll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we’ve experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they’d order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone—without even seeing my children. That’s not care—that’s just billing insurance as quickly as possible.

Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.”

“I feel like I’m in the twilight zone reading the other reviews. My husband and I have been going to this practice and seeing Dr. Sigmon since it opened it’s doors. Dr. Sigmon is patient and listens. I have always felt that he truly cares about our health. We have not had the bad experiences mentioned in the other reviews regarding the nurses and the other staff. “I have switched my medical care to this provider. And after my first visit I couldn't imagine a better experience. Making an argument was easy. The staff copied my medical information. I signed into the patient portal and completed the e-Checkin there.
My wait to see Dr Alencherry was just 2-3 minutes in the lobby. The nurse took my vitals and I had a very good visit with the doctor.
After that my wait for lab work was only 3 minutes. The lab work was done onsite. This is a big improvement over my experience with the Cleveland Clinic (prior provider).
I am really pleased to have a medical practice which is easy to access and which helps me get my medical service in one place.
