My daughter is still waiting to see what Capital One has done with her direct deposit. We have confirmation that Capital One has it in their possession, but they can't find it after over a month!

The acoustics inside this bank are horrible, really difficult to have a conversation with somebody with you echoing of the sounds.They really need to put more things on the wall to solve that problem.The extra tall wheelchair they use for computer access in the middle of the lobby for the customers to use is a little dangers. You sitting it and you want to slide out of it and drop to the floor, and it shouldn't have wheels on it cuz it kicks out from underneath you too easy. That you're definitely needs to be replaced, not safeI just went to the other branch down by Lowe's in Gainesville the acoustics are fine there so skip this one, miserable experience, go to the other branch near Lowe's in Gainesville instead

These people saved my butt! I made it to this branch with only two minutes until closing and everyone was beyond friendly and welcoming. I had multiple transactions i had to do, that were imperative to making our closing date on our new family home, and Yrene was knowledgeable and efficient. Their whole team came together to complete my unusually complex document requests, and stayed past their closing time to assist me.Thank you so much! 5 star staff and service!!

I had to drive all the way up here because there's no branch near me. The drive is long but the employees here are great. They have excellent customer service. The bank is also really nice inside! But overall, I can say, I've never had such a nice experience with customer service at a bank. I switched to them because WellsFargo was not working for us. I also love the flexibility of the app! Def recommend.

Customer service couldn’t be worst. I wallet was just stolen so I needed some cash to get by while I receive my new debit card and even though they had all my info, they didn’t let any at all.

I went and tried to cash a check from an employer whi has an account with them. They requested my ID and a Social Security Number. Also they wanted to charge me $7.00 for cashing the check, since I didn't have an account with them. I reminded them that I had a legal note from Capital One, issued by one of their customers, and they needed to honor it, but they didn't care, they go by their intrusive and greedy policy. I really hope the new government starts looking into these predatory business practices.

The perfect bank if you don't want to deposit your check but get educated on marital finances. 26 years with the bank and I've never been so insulted along with my wife. Rude. Closing all 3 of my accounts may be coming soon.

I was surprised to see my direct deposit no longer posts on Friday midnight and now posts the next business day, Monday, or Tuesday. When I inquired with the local branch they told me that I had received a letter and an email informing me of the change. That was not true, and they could no produce a copy of the letter, or email. After speaking with them, now they sent me an email stating they previously informed me that my direct deposits would be delayed. That was not true, as they still could not produce a copy of a letter or email notice to me. It is Labor Day and I am still waiting for my paycheck I would normally had it by last Friday.I used to think Capital One was customer focused but not anymore.

I love the tellers here but this BANK has no clue. I am a customer/acct holder here and I am calling from outside the actual bank. I want to inquire on an auto loan for my company and no one can answer the phone. Never will understand how they can stay in business! Our business account and personal accounts are here. As I stated the tellers are great but will be changing banks soon. What happened to great customer service???? All of this customer service starts at the top and perhaps they have the wrong CEO.

Just called to ask a question about a loan and the rep was rude as hell. She was short and snippy, didn't even wait until I finished my sentence. Thought I was in the Bronx for a moment. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

with all of the capital one branches closing and most of the ATM machines not working, this bank has gone in the dumps-- they basically make money off of 'late fees' now and will do anything they can to keep charging you $35--- stay away from this credit card company
