Don't waste your time and credit score for credit card inquiries with this bank, their credit application processing is a joke.

My daughter is still waiting to see what Capital One has done with her direct deposit. We have confirmation that Capital One has it in their possession, but they can't find it after over a month! Worst service I've ever experienced!!
