Not happy with this bank - and have been unhappy w/ them for years. Even though their branches are disappearing (in the Northern Virginia region), I'm all-in with electronic banking, but their bill paying platform is stuck in the 90's. For example, you can't put a bill on auto-pay that is not a fixed dollar amount, like for credit cards we pay off each month. Also, they don't offer (require!) multi-factor authentication, such as requiring entry of a code texted to your phone. Wha?! I've been with this back since the Chevy Chase Bank days, but am now looking for a better bank that does online banking in a modern way.
