Jody Severini is your guy! He was extremely helpful through the whole process and very proactive. In particular, he called the listing agent when we put in an offer to verify with them that we were good for financing. He went the extra mile every single time and you can't ask for a better person to work with you when buying a house.As for Caliber... They have the best rates anywhere, period dot. They easily beat the competition by. 25-.5% or more on every type of loan we checked. Definitely recommend!

We worked with Joe Brown for a refinance, he did a great job and it was truly tough times do to the covid-19 pandemic. We had some small bumps in the road but all in all Joe was able to get everything moving and get us done. We used Joe for our purchase and we used him for our refinance. My wife and are comfortable with going with Joe down road on another purchase of a home.
