I have been getting my nails done with this salon ..
The salon's friendly and welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable every visit. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and highly recommended " Bella Nail's & Spa Boutique " ..to anyone looking for beautiful nails .. Ryan, Kim, and the owner Kathy are nails magician .5*

Love this shop! They always fit me in and everything is always clean. Kathy does my nails and does a great job and all the others seem to do a good job too. If I had to complain about anything is that she has too many colors to choose from….which isn’t bad problem lol! Try them out, you won’t regret it.

Not sure why we have to even leave 1 star! I dropped my 17 year old niece off at the front desk and was told it would be half an hour for them to start as there was a wait. We were fine with that. She got an acrylic full set. The owner had her young daughter glue on her nails without cutting the nails and absolutely no cuticle care. After my niece was there for 2 hours, I called the store and asked what the status was told 15 minutes she’d be done. This wasn’t the case as 30 minutes had passed and I ended up going in the store to show face and let the lady who was doing my nieces nails know this was ridiculous that she had been there for over two and a half hours. I then saw her work and well, you can see for yourself how rushed she was and basically treated as practice and put on the side while they care for other customers. NEVER AGAIN. I feel so bad for my niece who is visiting from NY and wanted this for a special occasion. I can already tell the nails aren’t going to last long. They are already looking like they’ve been on for a week. I took these pics right after the nail visit. What a waste of money and especially time!!!!!

Requested style: Letters for my baby name. She added glitter too with no extra charge.
Stylist: Kathy did my baby shower nails and did not disappoint. Very hospitable will be back to see her again.

Very welcoming they offer many services at reasonable prices I love going to this nail salon they do such a great job . I am never disappointed I recommend this place to everyone.

I had my nails done by Kathy, the owner, and let me just say that my nails done to perfection. Also, she is so personable and kind and an absolute delight to talk to...I thoroughly enjoyed the entire appointment with her!

I got an acrylic full set, granted it was 4th of July so all other nail salons were closed so they were especially busy. The owner had her young daughter glue on my nails which she is lovely but was not experienced they kept falling off and were way too big for my nails, when i was transferred to the guy who did my nails they still kept coming off too soo he had to redo 4-5 of them and they still were lifting because of all the glue that was used and redone over and over again. It is Monday so 4-5 days since I have had them and majority of them are almost completely lifted and he didn’t do the acrylic to the base of my nail so 4 days out my nails look like they desperately need a fill because they look grown out already, I am going to have to go somewhere to get them taken off and redone because they are barely on but on enough to where when I use my nails or grab anything they bend my actual nail backwards and is extremely painful. It was an uncomfortable experience & it took about an hour until I had tips on and the guy actually started and i was there for i think over two hours I get they were busy and trying to get started but it wasn’t worth wasting my money & only really getting 4 days of them.

This nail salon is so amazing. I had the jelly pedicure and it was very relaxing. My toe nails were painted beautifully and i loved the vibes of the salon. The staff make to feel very comfortable. 10 out of 10. Will 100% be returning.
Requested style: I requested a cheetah print for my toe nail design and Kathy did a beautiful job painting it.

I went to this salon twice based on the number of positive reviews. My first time, I booked online for a mani/pedi. Despite my scheduled time, I still had to wait an hour after my start time to actually have a tech work on me. To their credit, they did try to start on my hands while I was still in the pedicure chair so I wouldn't be in there even longer than expected. However, the nail extensions I got were poorly placed and my manicure ended up very lumpy and thick. The tech was very apologetic and texted me that evening from her personal number to apologize and said I could contact her directly in the future for an appt. I was skeptical, but thought it may have been a bad day and gave them a second chance. I made another scheduled appt with the same tech directly for my second appt (a dip ombré manicure). This time, my tech literally left me at her table and did an entire pedicure for a walk-in client, despite my scheduled appt. Not only that, she did not seem to recall I asked for an ombré dip and gave me what I can only describe as thick, white marshmallow nails with a dusting of sparkles? I voiced that this was not what I asked for and she kindly gave me a discount, but I just can't return here. I ended up with lumpy dip manicures twice and my time was not respected on either occasion. I only give an extra star because the staff was incredibly kind, but that's the only positive in my experience.

5 stars hands down. I've been here 3 times so far to get my nails done. Awesome service, and they'd always do great work. Very comfortable environment, very relaxing. Definitely. 5 stars just moved here and I have been to other nail salons here in the Gainesville and Haymarket area. But this one's by far my favorite so far.
