One teller on a Saturday... while the guy out front's sole job is just to welcome people into the facility. Completely inefficient and waste of people's time. If your ATMs could generate more bill types I wouldn't even have to go in. Inefficient and ridiculous all around.

Typically when you walk into a bank - there is a stuffy attitude and strictly business approach. Not so at this branch. I’ve been frequenting for over 5 years now and everyone is pleasant, knowledgable and ready to assist. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the manager - you are treated like a valued client. The ladies (as of the time of this review they are all ladies working behind the counter) are always friendly and helpful and if they don’t know an answer immediately, they work hard to get you one. I highly recommend this branch and go out of my way, passing other Bank of Americas, to come here!

I’ve been a customer with Bank of America for 10 years and since I moved to Gainesville 3 years ago I’ve been visiting this branch, the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Jhoban and Mirza are very helpful and they always go above and beyond to assure that I get a great banking experience.Highly recommend this branch!

I passed my assessments and first was supposed to have a virtual interview only to have to go there in person two days after to being no longer considered for a relationship banker Spanish required position, I do speak Spanish and I had previous banking experience this is second time they say no longer considered why pass all my assessments only toNo get the job ??

Very bad customer service. The are criminal I deposit cashier check and they put the hold on that without any reason.what does mean a cashier check. Stopped services. This is the bank of Africa not bank of America

We called asking if we could change a check into a Cashier's Check. We told them the amount and they said we could. We specifically checked because it is an hour and a half drive to this location for us.Then we get here and they tell us they can't exchange it!! They tell us nope, nothing they can do, sorry. We ask abput the TWO people who told us we could, and they just shrugged.So don't trust what they say, I guess.

Poor customer service, went to get a document notarized, I was told that there would be 10-15 min wait time despite having called first, and the person who was going to notarize the document was sitting idle, right in front of me! These guys have absolutely no regard for the time of their customers.
