My wife didn't know this is just auto parts store. Jason, one of employee at the store, was getting off work and was getting picked up by his father. Both of them went above and beyond to help my wife by removing the flat tire, driving to nearby used tire shop to get replacement tire put on, drive back and put new tire back in my wife's car.
