From Willow: I thought that this place was going to be good. But I was wrong this place is horrible.I walked in and they said that I could go in right away but no I was waiting for 20 minutes before she actually started doing my nail. Then she messed my nails up so bad. She even made me bleed on my finger. Then she put this thing on my finger to help the cut. But no I did not help the cut it made it sting. It hurt so bad I wanted to cry. My nails are so ugly I want cry. I wanted a thin line below the French tip but the line is thick in some parts and thin in the other parts.That was my experience.
Jenny: When I got there they I sat down across from Willow and the seat was wet. I sat there and she was very rude and grabbed my hand and asked what I wanted, when I said that I wanted hybrid gel nails they didn’t have it so I just asked for gel nails and then showed them a picture of what I wanted. Then she rolled her eyes and grabbed my my hand aggressively and started doing the nail prep. Then she very sloppily painted the tips of my nails and then “fixed” it with this brush that I literally saw her drop on the ground and not clean after. The result is so ugly and thick tips. In conclusion I hate my nails because thier sooo ugly and the lady’s were super rude and it was just a bad experience.
Both: We are never coming here ever again.

I've been here a few times and it's really hit or miss. Last time I was here they were openly rude about how much I tipped. Today, they told me they couldn't do what I wanted, which was the outline of a heart on one finger, and she was also rushing everything she did. I've given this location a few chances now because the prices are fair, but this isn't the first time i've been disappointed.
They also rarely have many colors to choose from. Just very disappointed.

I was very disappointed this Sunday! I went in for a simple gel manicure and one the veteran nail techs did my nails. It was a mess…I had gel polish to close to my side walls, cuticles and on my finger and under my nail…she tried to nip it after it cured! It’s Tuesday and the polish is lifting. She was in a rush not sure why shop was not busy!

Everyone was nice but poor service. Me and my mom went to get our nails done and they filed both of our nails unevenly and were sloppy with painting on the polish, you could tell that there were multiple coats. Will not be going back

Spa treatment for pedicures is great, love the longer massage time. Value is great and texhs are friendly. Yaken my mom 2 years in a row for mother's day and they seat you asap

My first time here and my last time. Mimi did my nails and maybe she was having a bad day since everyone else likes her. For one she’s very heavy handed on the drill and I just got my nails done yesterday and the nail polish is already peeling. Will never go back here again.Service: Acrylic nails

The good-tools used came from sealed container, got in easily, good color selection, very friendly, very quick-see the bad for my thoughts on this, they take credit cards but prefer cash tips.The OK- prices seem in line with other local salons $35-$50, hot towels were nice.The bad- I got the $50 pedicure which included an extended massage + 10 additional minutes- from the time I sat down to walking out the door 40 minutes- not sure what a regular massage would have taken. Not hot stones or paraffin wax.

Got my 1st pedicure in 5 years! Everyone here is awesome! Today my mother-in-law and my wife got pedicures and manicures. Everyone left happy and pampered.
