I’ve always had a good experience with this location. I come in and I’m greeted with a smile. The staff here is very professional and helpful. I’ve had a P.O. Box with them for over a year now and I have no complaints.

I've been coming here for a few months now and thought I should write a review. I've only seen two people there the most and they both made me feel comfortable and not stressed haha I hate shipping out because usually the people working are so mean but not thiS store so again thank you to Rhubie and Gabriela (I hope I didn't spell it wrong). Definitely will keep coming back

Definitely recommend this Ups rather than any off base. Very nice people and they seemed to care about what I needed and not just try to get me to hurry up and leave like other stores ? so I greatly appreciate it. ?

Best customer service that I have received in a long time! Coming into the UPS this morning literally brightened my day. The staff was very helpful in assisting me! This is the ONLY UPS that I’ll be visiting from now on. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!

Extremely disappointing service. Provided a “next day” shipping option with an estimate of one day shipping (the most expensive option), but failed to note, explain, or provide for a “weekend shipping” option which would allow for the package to actually be delivered. Clerk was incorrect on the estimate by 3 days, costing $70 more to the customer for no benefit. When we returned to fix the issue and seek assistance, she said the manager was unavailable and did not own a cell phone, providing no options for resolution.Do your own research, do not trust the staff at this store.
