A-1 is a ok taxi ?? cab I like the driver Quake.
There's a female driver that is giving people she knows free rides they not suppose to do that.
It's really not fare to other passengers.
She's a heavy set lady.
Her name is Melissa she gave us a ride to Walmart on May 26, 2024 and now not picking up us we got stuck out there and she has my daughter stuff in the back of the cab
She is not a good driver to do that

I give the dispatcher of 1/2 star and I give the driver a five-star. The dispatcher Julie was giving out false ETA and jacking up the price of the trip. It got to the point that my 15 minute wait turned to an hour. So I started walking. Took almost over an hour to hear from the driver and I was already at speedway across from Sheetz. The driver called me and picked me up down the road and was very apologetic. The driver was unsure why the dispatcher was giving out bad information. My $5 trip according to the driver which I gave her a good tip cuz she was awesome. The dispatcher told me $15 when all I wanted was to go from Matthews auto to cresthaven ct. I called at 4:45 p.m. on March 5th 2024 and was told 15 to 20 minutes. I look forward to using this cab company in the future but they need a solid dispatcher. If someone tells me 15 to 20 minutes and it becomes an hour that's a serious problem.

this isn't related to any service i've had from them, but one of their employees driving, honking their horn at me and calling me provocative names while walking my dog. goes to show people how much respect they have for others.

Our driver was excellent. She was on time for rides both from the airport and back. The car was comfortable and she was an excellent resource for local information re hotels and restaurants. Highly recommend!

They no longer do short trips around front royal they only do longer journeys out of town.
