This bank and the folks it's employees are second to none, the bank offers many many perks and the employees go out of there way to explain everything to you and assist you in any way they can with your needs.

Michelle and her team up at Riverton Commons are the best. Warm, welcoming and always a pleasure to visit.I have been banking with Woodforest for approximately 5 yrs and I recently opened up a Buisness account thru Woodforest.The Riverton team was excellent and answered all my questions and were super helpful. They set up my account, buisness line of credit and Swipe card reader for mobile payment.It was painless and I know, if I have any questions, I can either call or stop in...either Michelle or one of her staff will be more than happy to help me.Even if Im just going into Walmart for groceries, my wife and I always stop by and say hi to the girls.That's my kind of buisness. It's exactly how I treat my customers. It's great when another company understands the value of that connection.Thank you Michelle and all the employees at Riverton Commons Front Royal Branch!

Just came in to withdraw $800 to move to my Wells Fargo account. I asked for all hundreds. First she slides me over a piece of a murdered tree to fill out. Go paperless like Wells Fargo! Then she says, "I don't have 8 hundreds." WHAT???? This is a bank, right??

The staff there is always so nice. And they are always so friend to my kids. The only issues I have also that they system the use is a little out dated. To know how much is on my card I have to constantly call it. I would much prefer to get a notification. Also I have to go to the library for my online banking I cant use my phone. And it takes at least 24 to your account to fully update if you get alerts sent to your email. The company needs an upgrade !! But I do love the fact that I get my paycheck a day early!!!
