“Absolutely amazing in every aspect.
Noticed a nail in my tire in the middle of Shenandoah National Park and had to be back in Georgia that evening so I was on a tight timeline.
Went to Ricks Auto and told them my issue and they got me in right away and patched the tire. I was very happy with the price and everyone there was friendly. I was back on the road and made it back to Georgia in time.
Their waiting room is extremely nicely, couch coffee, TV. Didn’t spend much time there but I was impressed.”

“On a Sunday afternoon while traveling cross country I developed a tire problem on my trailer. I called an hour before closing and was told to bring it in. I was greeted less than a minute of arriving and my tire was removed and the valve replaced and tire remounted within 10 minutes. Very polite and helpful and quick. I was able to resume my trip. Thanks!”
