“I had to take my 9 year old to the ER today, for chest pains. Everyone we met was kind and full of compassion. The front of house, nurses and doctors made us feel welcome and safe. We never felt like a number- as we have at other local hospitals. I have not heard wonderful things about this hospital in the past- but what I experienced was wonderful. Everyone actually cared. I couldn't ask for more.”

“Family Pharmacy is excellent. After years with CVS I'd almost trained myself into believing that pharmacies were uncaring places where you could wait in like for 35min without blinking. Or that close down at random. Or that simply don't answer their phones.
Family Pharmacy isn't like that. They called me on my birthday. They call to remind me that I need to ASK for a refill. They always answer the phones and I can always walk in during their stated business hours.
On top of that, the location is central in Front Royal. They have adequate parking and you can get in/out with FAR less hassle than CVS.
The staff has always been very kind, polite, and fast with turning things around - even with I had some issues getting an RX filled. They even offered to do some of the legwork and speak to my doctor directly.
Stop giving your money to companies that don't care about you OR their services. Grab your RXes and go to the Family Pharmacy website to switch over (or call/go in). You'll be glad that you did.”
