My husband bought me a brooch for our anniversary. I don't wear brooches so I took it back for an exchange. The selection was wonderful and I found the perfect ring (for almost the same price)! The owner is so kind. She was patient and very helpful. Thiswas the best experience at a jewelry store thatI've ever had.

I recently worked with Inna at Nicolle's to design a custom gold pendant for my in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary, and I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the beautiful piece that she produced. Inna is clearly very knowledgeable, and treated me with a professional and courteous manner, helping to guide me in an area that I don't have significant experience. After agreeing on the design and the gems, it only took a couple of weeks for the piece to be ready. Every aspect of my experience with Nicolle's was positive; we will be return customers, and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

The owner is fantastic as well as the employees. They were very willing to help me determine if a ring I found was real, and when we found out it was, they showed me many options of what to do with the stones and how to repair the ring. They didn't pressure me into anything and told me to take my time and think about it, and that they would be more than happy to do whatever I thought was best with the stones.

After years of living in the area, then moving away, I can say that there isn't anywhere that compares to shopping here. Everytime I'm local it's a must stop. One of a kind, unique, handmade jewelry at every price point - all wrapped up in service with a smile. Friendly, knowledgeable, and independently owned (guys, it's time to stop buying from the big box stores and get your lady something extra special from here). Repairs and consultation are by far the best I've ever had. Will continue doing business for years to come!

I bought a ring as a Christmas present, then was admitted to the hospital shortly after Christmas, I was in the hospital till the end of January and then in rehab through February. Tried to return the ring as I am not with the person the ring was intended for. March was the first chance I have had to do so and I was advised I could only get store credit. Also the ring was still in the bag with tissue paper and had the receipt...not very happy!

Bought my wife some jewelery there. The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. She even brought out some toys for my kids to play with while I looked. They have a nice selection with in everyone's price range.

I love this shop! Nick and Inna are great. They truly are all about giving you the best experience possible, whether you purchase anything or not. Their designs are beautiful and one of a kind. I've purchased several pieces here...earrings, necklaces and rings... and I have always recieved compliments whenever I wear them. If you're looking for quality pieces that you won't find anywhere else, I highly recommend taking the drive out here & seeing their store. The craftmanship of each piece I've purchased is impeccable, and the quality of the stones is also a 10! Great people, great service and stunning quality pieces. Nicolle's has it all. One day I'll be back for the white & cocoa diamond necklace! I have a weak spot for that piece! :0)
