Spent several hundred dollars for items that were never shipped. Emails were ignored and phone calls for answers were abruptly disconnected. These people should be under investigation.

The absolute worst. Complete scam and crook. It's amazing all the horrible reviews on here and on Google and yet nobody has been able to get their car or money back. Us included. Please be warned that this business is a scam and absolutely the worst business. My father and my father's friend both have had vintage Bentleys in this shop with multiple promises over the years, with tens of thousands of dollars put in as "deposits" and necessary money to "be on track and moving forward" And nothing to show for it. They still have the car after about 8 years and now it turns out they have stripped the car for parts and there is nothing going on with it!!! Absolutely insane. If any of you are reading this and also had a terrible experience and would like to get serious legal recourse, please be in touch. I am under the strong impression that this shop is committing fraud and other illegal swindling.

Scam business, embezzlement and no accountability of owner. Car sat over a year with multiple excuses, no resolve! I was handed the “investigator’s” information. The owner wouldn’t show up or handle having car towed. Stole $2800 from us and car NOT repaired! Have been inactive as business since 4/2018. Filed complaint with VA attorney general!

We brought our Bentley to them they were nice as can be when we dropped off the car that's were it ended. They took our 1600.00 they fixed nothing and would not return our call. Michele the great secretary promised FOUR times the owner Walt would call us nothing not even a return call , she also promised Chris would call us he never bothered no one returned our calls our car sits in the driveway doesn't run Folks read reviews this place has awful reviews we didn't read them our fault they don't do work they promise and they don't care after they take your money Michele Karma is rough I hope they pay you a lot to lie
