Vicki explained in detail, communicated well and was very responsive to questions, emails, and calls. The staff knew exactly how many hours and workers were needed to load and unload the trucks. Dylan, Dante, Robby, and Dylan were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of us, each other, and our belongings. They worked well together and hustled the entire time. I chose to do the packing of the boxes and found that if I did exactly as I was told, our furniture (which they wrapped carefully before loading) and boxed belongings arrived safely.
