I had a flat tire, and while it’s not a totally new experience, it’s definitely one of those awkward moments where I was left searching for a solution. Thankfully, McCarthy Tire Service stepped in and helped me weigh my options. Homer, in particular, has excellent customer service! He was honest about their schedule and even recommended competitors for quicker service, which speaks volumes about his integrity. I tried calling the competition, but they didn’t answer, so I stuck with McCarthy, and I’m glad I did.
Homer helped coordinate a towing company (Midway Towing—also great!) and knew how to manage everything like a true pro. Once my car was towed in, Homer worked with me to find the most affordable solution. The service was absolutely ? stellar! In just a day, my flat was fixed, because I drove away with new tires and an alignment that I was considering, too.
Huge thanks to Homer and the team. I'm grateful for the convenience and great service!

Fantastic Tire Store. We were from out of town so they were not even going to charge me to replace a valve stem!!! I paid them anyway!!!

If you are in need of repair or a tire replacement don’t come here go to Ron’s used tire he will get you in and out and on the move. the guys a McCarthy denied me service because he didn’t want to walk out in the rain to check the tire size I said I’ll get it for you and he said to go to Ron’s I’m not messing with that in the rain and I couldn’t have been happier with the results and it was a great price to

Today was my first experience at McCarthy Tire service in Front Royal, and to say that they exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Service was outstanding, and the quality of work was exceptional. I will be back.

Very friendly. Just had a check up on a van. There was an issue with the tire air pressure sensors. Homer explained clearly what was wrong and was upfront about pricing. Later he and his man came out to show me the defective sensor and the new one they were about to install. I appreciate being treated like a valued customer.

The absolute best service!! Professional, Quality and Genuine care for the customers. We were driving down from Pennsylvania to Virginia when in the cold early hours we punctured our tire on the highway just outside Front Royal. We had just enough air in the tire to make it to McCarthy. We got there just as they were opening and they took our vehicle in right away, repaired our tire and had us back on our way in record time. They even didn’t charge us for the repair. As out of towners, we were so grateful and impressed. Thank You to the whole team!! You truly blessed us in our time of need.

I've found it quite challenging to locate honest mechanics these days, but I have to say that Homer is truly exceptional. He's not only a nice fella but also provides the best treatment for your car. He's incredibly honest about your vehicle's needs, which instills trust. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for all your car maintenance needs.
