It's almost Christmas, and of course the store was busy. Her co-worker was on a break, and she handled it like a champ. She demonstrated self-return options, and helped those out with returns who couldn't use self-help in-between handling shipping of packages, and even assisted a first responder in full gear--all with friendly professionalism and good attitude until her co-worker returned. The line moved quickly, and Sarah is a keeper! I will be back.”
