“It's a Virginia liquor store. They typically have plenty of liquor in stock at reasonable prices. The hard to find stuff is not easy to get and they way they sell it and or have "random" drawings is total nonsense. The way they sell the hard to get items is that they tell you stores that will have one or more of certain bottles but exactly what store has what bottles and how many. Then you aheb to line up very early in the morning or night before to be one of the lucky ones to get a rare bottle. The "random" drawings for the more rare items is supposedly random but somehow the same people keep winning the drawings. They can say it's not rigged but clearly it is when the same people win over and over again. They recently changed the process but it doesn't seem to change the outcome.”
