“Love that this is a relatively new facility - all machines are clean and in good working order. Plenty of folding tables, carts, and places to sit and relax while you do laundry. Also a (clean) restroom! No need to bring quarters, like I did on my first visit, lol. You get a laundry card from the interactive panel, then load money onto it (reloadable, so keep the card for future use) then use the card to pay the washers/dryers.My only concern, and probably mine alone, is that they advertise being open 24/7, and they are...sometimes. I dislike crowds, so I go in the early morning hours. The main entry is in the back of the laundromat and has an automatic sliding door. I went there last Saturday morning it was locked. Tried again Sunday and found the door forced open, and a homeless person asleep inside. The homeless person didn't bother me, but not being able to get in (had he not forced open the door) did. To this point, Spot does try to help the less fortunate because there's a small canned/packaged food kiosk at the door so if want, you can donate food items for those in need, which I think is pretty awesome.If I could get in consistently when I need to, and actually get a hold of customer service (non-existent, lol) if/when I need to, then they'd get 5 stars.”

“This was the first time using it. The place is huge compared to what I thought from the outside. Plenty of washers and dryers. It is a clean and quiet atmosphere. The attendant was available on a Sunday and present. They were offering free dryers for a period of time. The washers are a little cheaper than local competitors. They offer three ways to pay. Coins, card, and app. The arcade game is free. There is drink vending machine, snack machine, as well as laundry vending machine.They offer a paid cleaning service.”
