Everybody was so friendly and Shane's. Mitchell was kind enough to come out and explain to me what went on with my car and it was nice to have somebody come out and explain everything to you, not just hand to your keys. He's a very kind man, and so is everybody else that works in there? I had the best service. Anybody could ask for I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. And this is where I will come from my car for now on. Including my oil change cause this is where I feel safe. Thank you for having good service to give out your customer. You all well deserve to have a lot of people because you know how to take care of people in their cars. Thank you again. But a good service

I always bring my car here for inspections and minor repairs. The general manager came in while we were waiting and offered hot dogs and hamburgers for a Labor Day weekend event at no charge. What a nice surprise.

Originally told me would be a week before they could even look at my vehicle for a simple battery replacement. Then gave a price that did not include labor so bill was $230 more than quoted. Person calling to give estimates should be clear on what total cost will be, not just the part.

I had a fantastic experience at Lindsay Chevrolet of Front Royal! My previous visit to Malloy Chevrolet left me feeling undervalued, as the salesperson didn't seem interested in assisting me.
